Trying to piece together this Storms family:
Migration Pattern:
1830 Oswego Co., NY>1840 Sandusky Co.,OH>1850 Hillisdale Co.,MI

Isaac Storms b. bet. 1770-80 NY; d. abt 1847 Sandusky Co., Ohio
+ Martha HILTON
Children:
Daniel, Permelia, Richard, Sabrina, Sarah, David, & a couple unknowns/ all born bet. 1800-1820

After Isaac’s death Daniel, Richard, David & Sabrina (married to James Smith) moved to Michigan. Daniel, David & Richard locating in Hillsdale county
Sabrina Storms Smith locating in Newaygo county.

Daniel married Lucy; Richard 1st married Louisa Hilton – 2nd Anna Vrooman; David married Anna Platt; Sabrina married James Smith.

Martha widow of Isaac Storms may have moved to Iowa per oral family history.
Not confirmed but I believe that Isaac Storms is in the 1820 census for Lee township, Oneida Co., NY, which is the neighboring county to Oswego where he shows up in 1830.
Related names: WOLCOTT, HILTON, EMERY, VROOMAN, SMITH

Anyone else researching these Michigan folks?
Lisa
