I am looking for descendants of Steven D. and Charlotte (Westenfeldt) Storm.
In the 1880 census they were in St. Louis
In a mid 1880s probate, it said they were in Jefferson Co, MO
In the 1900 census they were in Jefferson Co, Valle Twp Mo
In the 1910 census they were in St. Louis, Mo
Known children in 1900 were:
Charles W. age 21
Maud age 18
William W.age 15
Arthur W age 12
Cora E age 8
Harry W age 6
Ruth (later seen as Mildred in 1910)
Charlotte Westenfeldt was the daughter of Henry Westenfeldt and Louisa Tupker who married in St. Louis by Rev Picker of Holy Ghost Church. Louisa was born in Germany to Gerhard Heinrich Tupker and Wilhelmina Gausmann.
I am in the process of compiling information on the Tupker family after many years of research and due to some new probate files being put on the St. Louis Gen Society website, I was able to find the married names of the Westenfeldt girls and locate them in later censuses to try to go forward with them to find living descendants.
If anyone has knowledge of these people, please contact me and help rejoin our long disconnected families. My husband's g grandfather, Henry Tupker was orphaned at a young age and sent away to Peoria, Illinois with his two sibblings to be raised by relatives there and lost contact with his Missouri relatives.
