There was a rock band in the 1960s in Liverpool called Rory Storm and the Hurricanes. Rory Storm was the lead singer's name, so there was a Storm family in Liverpool, England at that time. They were contemporaries and friends of the Beatles. There may be a website on the band that could give you some leads as to the whereabouts of Rory Storm.
