-Just received their marriage certificate 10 Oct 1874 St Matthews Church, Ardwick, Lancashire. Says his father was also named George, a sawyer, living at 11 Wesley Street. Fanny's father is listed as Thomas, a tailor, living at Mayfield, Derbyshire. Witnesses were John and Sarah Holmes, assuming they are siblings of George or his brother and sister-in-law. Hopes this additonal information might help identify the families.
