I have an unidentified photo that says the following on the back: "Mrs. Rob Strong - Anne (or Anna) Crosby's (or Grosby's) mother"

The photo was taken at Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, and was a part of my great grandfathers things. My GGF was Henry H. Hooper, who wrote several articles about Prince Edward Island and the Hooper family. Every other photo deals directly with the Hooper family line, but I have yet to be able to connect this individual's photo with anyone in my tree. Most of these photos were from the late 1800's.

Can anyone help me out in identifying her? I'd appreciate any clue you might have.
