Looking for a link between my English side of the family to the American side. Through DNA we have found that some member of the family went to America, but there is a big gap in the family and a lot of water to cross.
The English side starts with William STRONG & his wife Judith, both born approximately 1740-50's. Their children all born in Surrey are Elizabeth 1773, George Alacott 1775, William 1776, William 1781, Robert 1784, Robert 1788 (3xggrandfather), William Henry 1790, Mary Ann 1793, John Blome 1796.
If any one knows any of this family and could help me reach the family of Bob STRONG in America, I would be very grateful.
Four of Robert's children came to NZ, the rest stayed in England or passed away as children and I have all those but would like to close the gap between England and America.
