Hi;
I am researching my Great Grandmother Malissa Jane Strong born in Ohio 1833. Her father was born in Vermont and mother in Ohio according to census. She married William January Looney in Polk county, Missouri 1855.
I suspect that her father was a Franklin Strong of Vermont who migrated to Ohio early. The problem I have is that there is 2 Franklin Strongs there around the same time
and cannot determine which one is her father.
Does anyone have any information on these people. One is from the John Stoughton line in Cuyahoga,Strongsville, ohio and the other one is also from Ohio but I don't know where .
I sure would like to discuss with anyone that has info about these people.
