1810 Greenville, SC - J. STROTHER

The above J. Strother may not be mine but I am searching for info on him and his family that was on 1810 Census of Greenville, SC., with 1m 16/26; 5f u/5; 1f 10/16; 1f 26/45. What does the initial "J" stand for? Can you name his wife and/or any of their daughters? My 3rd g-grandmother was Elizabeth (mun) Strother, b. ca 1780 SC, married ca 1797 to unknown STROTHER and had a house full of daughters and only one son. By 1830 Elizabeth was a widow as she was head of household. All help will be appreciated.

Lorene
