Your LEROY STROTHER was born 1845 and was the son of RICHARD STROTHER
If you will look on the 1850 US census for Rapides Parish LA., page 165 (written), 83 (stamped), the date is ubreadable on my copy, 1st of November, H-H 651-651
Also if you will look on the 1880 US Census under the spelling of STRODDER for Calcasieu Parish LA., Roll 449, Book 1, Page 456, Ward 1, or Image 30 of 38 Superv. Dist No 4 Emum. Dist No 6 Page 20, 11th of June H-H 181-193
You will find LEROY, CELESTINE and four of the children listed in addition to RICHARD
