I am looking for further information on Catherine Daly who was born about 1887 and immigrated from Ireland to USA in 1903. As for where she went from there until she married John Sullivan who was born about 1873 and immigrated from Ireland to the USA in 1905. I have the 1920 US Census for a John M Sullivan and a Catherine M Sullivan(which are my great grandparents). They had several children, John F., Kathleen, and Mary. They lived in Massachusetts, USA.
I have records of when Catherine Daly came here from Ireland on June 26, 1903 on the shipname Commonwealth and arrived in Boston, MA. It lists Bridget Daly as the one who paid for the ticket. That info I have. I also have when John Sullivan arrived from Ireland May 8th 1905 on the shipname Cymric and arrived in Boston. It lists Margaret Sullivan as the one who paid for the ticket.
What I am trying to find out, is what happened to both of them between 1903 when Catherine arrived here in the states, and in 1905 when John arrived. I can't seem to find any kind of records for either of them until the 1920 US Census. I would love to find out their marriage records or even where they lived when they were here before the 1920 US Census records I have. There is that gap of almost 15-18 years for the both of them. Anyone having any information on them please let me know. Also if you have information on their parents or other information pertaining to them, please let me know as well. Thanks
