I am looking for the ancestors of:
James Henry Francis Thomas, born 23 April 1840 in Panola, Mississippi, United States.
James married Lucretia Jane Oats 22 February 1866 in Old Marion, Angelina, Texas, United States.
James' father was William Watts Thomas, born about 1807 in Marlboro, South Carolina.
William married Martha Catharine Richardson on 6 May 1839 in Mississippi.
Martha was the daughter of Thomas and Susan Richardson who were married about 1819 in South Carolina.
If you have any information about William Watts Thomas or Martha Catharine Richardson, please share it with me. We have been looking for William Watts Thomas for 50 years. He vanished after 1840 and we do not know what became of him. Your help is most appreciated.
