I requested a new Tighe surname from FamilyTreeDna.com and they've set one up. If you go through the Tighe surname page and get a DNA testing kit it is $99 because it is considered a "Group". If you don't go through this page I believe it is more like $159 or something like that.
When I get all the bugs worked out, hopefully within the next few days, I will post another message with more specifics.
