Yes, Hobert Sliger was my grandfather's brother. Aunt Mary was already related to me three different ways prior to marrying my granduncle. Albert Riley Robinson was the son of Charles and Amanda (Medlen/Medley) Robinson. Charlie was the son of James Solomon and Sarah (Dildine) Robinson. James Solomon Robinson was the son of John and Susannah (Childress) Robinson.

Riley Robinson's mother, Amanda, was the daughter of Allen and Charity (Rainey) Medlen. Aunt Mary's mother was Nancy A. Childress, daughter of Hiram G. and Mary (Gracy) Childress. Riley Robinson was her second husband; her first husband was Harrison A. Green.
