If any of his descendants are still out there, they might be interested in hearing that recent DNA tests have confirmed that he had a son, Thos. Woolsey Williams (1808-1885) out of wedlock with his niece Priscilla Jeffries in Russell (Present day Scott) Co, VA. before moving to Fentress Co. to start his TN family.
