I am in the process of writing a book on my ancestors Thomas and Nancy Harrison. I plan on including in my book information on other families who settled in Grundy County from North Carolina. The following families have a connection to my Harrison family: Sartain, Tucker, Sanders, Ikard, Box, McElroy, Wilson, Wiley, Pearson,
and Roberts. If anyone has any information that the wish to add to my research regarding these families please e-mail me. I am attempting to make a connection with these families possibly migrating to Tennessee from North Carolina possibly migrating together. There are several families who settled in Grundy County, Tennessee from NC. I feel that they probably were traveling together.
