The book is TENNESSEE TIDBITS 1778-1914, Vol 1, compiled by Marjorie Hood Fischer, copyright 1986, published by Southern Historical Press, Inc. Easley, SC
The information I cited was the complete abstract that was in the book. According to the book, you can obtain a copy of the complete item by writing to the County Court Clerk of the county mentioned or by writing to the TN State Library and Archives. Or, perhaps, if you check the genweb Haywood County, TN page, they will have someone who can go to the courthouse and look this up for you - and maybe find further info.
