Hi,
Am trying again, maybe one of you might have some guesses or suggestions. I have a court doc from 1848 apparently resulting from a will left by ANDERSON LOWRY. My RILEY LOWRY is one of the defendants (and I'm guessing the othe defendants may be RILEY's siblings) Obviously there is a connection between RILEY and ANDERSON but I've never been able to figure it out -- Any ideas on who/which ANDERSON LOWRY this might be? or any other ideas on any of these people: Thanks.

"This document is from Vol Feb 1847-Nov 1852, pg 14, 2nd bk, Roll 11, Haywood County, TN

John LOWERY, Wilson PERVIS and wife Sally, Charles CARTER and wife Betsy, Steth KING and wife Patsy, Riley LOWERY, heirs of ANDERSON LOWERY, deceased

Be it remembered that on this the 24 day of February 1847 came on this cause to be heard before the Honorable John READ Judge (?)
