Age at Death: 66
Race: White
Date of Birth: February 27 (no year listed)
Date of Death: December 2, 1916 in Lexington, Henderson County, TN.
Parents Names: Father's name not listed, Mother is listed as Hanna Harrison
Informant: Mrs. Bert Armstrong
