In 1860, there are several LANCASTER families listed. It appears that a William born in VA, maybe the father or grandfather of all the Lancasters. I have an ENOCH LANCASTER listed on the 1860 census who is probaboy the
CLARK LANCASTER who I have been searching for. My ggrandmother was Mary born abt. 1850 in Jackson CO. TN.
I can see the surnames:DENTON, RITTER, CHERRY,BROWN,PRICE,
PLUMLEE,HUSTON(SP),NELSON,REYNOLDS, etc.
looling for anyone who may have information with marraiges into the LANCASTER line.
