help to identifytwo locations on Cumberland River

I am trying to locate as precisely as possible two locations near the Cumberland River that appear in 19th century documents from Jackson County.
1) Does anyone know where the Buck Point Post Office was? Apparently it operated between 1849 and 1866.
2) Does anyone know of a landing on the Cumberland called Bloomfield Landing? This comes from testimony in a 1904 Jackson County case. The names associated with this landmark include Raney Moss, H. P. Loftis, Norris Crowder and Henry Bailey.

I will greatly appreciate any help anyone can give me.
