There is a case about 1/3 into it tha is about the estate of James H. Anderson. Anderson, U. T., Admr vs Anderson, Walter et al Chan 1903-06

Hope this helps, my 3rd greatgrandmother remarried to a Asa Anderson in 1865 after her first husbsnd Andrew Jackson (my line) was killed in war. Don't know if there is any connection to your line.
