Isaac and Elizabeth Jacobs were on the Coffee County TN 1860 census. Manchester PO, pg 57 A and 57B [ Not Hawkins County] if you want to view it yourself. He is 39, she 37. Amongst other children there is the Rebecca age 6 and Lydia age 4, a Mary age 1 then William age 6, and Isaac age 4. The last name is indicated as Jacobs. Sometimes children are just listed out of order [I think because whoever gave the census taker the info, just forgot them]. Hope this helps. That is all the info I have.
