HELP! Looking for Unknown Cemetery

I know this is a longshot, but I was hoping that maybe someone out there would have some information that might help me find my great-grandfather's grave. His name is James Blaine Campbell. He was born about 1887 and died about 1937. I am told that he is buried somewhere in Lake County in an unknown cemetery located on top of a hill. He is buried next to his infant daughter, Dorothy. Not much else is known, as my grandfather is also passed and the only information I can get from anyone else is very vague. Would anyone per chance know of any cemeteries that would fit this description in the county? Or of any books or resources that might assist me in finding this. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks so much.
