Hugh Miller BOSWELL b Tennessee, abt 1820 (son of James?)

I am hoping to connect Hugh Miller BOSWELL, b abt 1820 in Tennessee with the OVERTON Co, BOSWELLS.

The 1820 Federal Census for OVERTON Co, Tennessee lists James BOSWELL and Hugh MILLER next to each other.
Does anyone have any information about a connection between James BOSWELL and Hugh MILLER?

Does anyone have information linking Hugh Miller BOSWELL to Overton County? He told the 1880 census that his father was born in Tennessee and his mother in Virginia.
[James BOSWELL and Hugh Miller may have moved to Arkansas]

Hugh M. BOSWELL was a carpenter in McKinney, Collin Co, Texas in 1850.
19 Nov 1857, he married Louisa J Riley in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
In 1860, they were living in Fayetteville, Washington Co, Arkansas with Louisa’s father.
They left Fayetteville because they were Union sympathizers.
In 1870, the BOSWELL Family was in Buchanan Twp, Jefferson Co, Iowa.
In 1880, they were in Campbell (Springfield), Greene Co, Missouri.
Hugh M BOSWELL’s children were James Franklin (1859), Emma (1863), Jenetta (1864), Ulysses Grant (1867), George A (1869), Wilson Harrison (1872).
Thanks,
Karen
