William Owen born ca 1789 married Millie Hunter and they were first listed on the Bledsoe Co., TN 1840 census--I don't know if this would be in the present day Sequatchie Co., TN.
Isaac Johnson married Nancy Hunter and they lived in the the Bledsoe-Sequatchie Counties, TN area.
Were the two Hunter ladies related?
I would appreciate any early history on the Owen and Hunter families of these areas. Thanks much. Marilyn Burnett Garner
