Robert Washington Williamson married Elizabeth Jane Bay in Haywood Co. 14 Jan 1845 [Elizabeth was born there 20 Nov 1825]. I am searching for the parents of Robert Washington williamson. Living with Robert and elizabeth in 1850 was Robert's 18-yr old brother Maurice.
On the 1840 Census of Tennessee there were only 7 households having sons in the 5-10 and 15-20 age ranges:
B. - Shelby Co. 01012001[50-60];2200001
B. W. - Fayette Co. 010111001[60-70];2011
Duke - White Co. 01110001[50-60];221001
G. W. - Weakley Co.21011[20-30];00002 - too young
George W. - McNairy Co.11301001[50-60];200001 [no 60-70 in 185 anywhere]
James - Campbell Co.011101[30-40];111101
John - Greene Co.121001[30-40];21001
Which of these famalies had migrated to Haywood Co. by 1845? Perhaps Robert and Maurice had come from nearby Shelby, Fayette Weakley or McNairy counties?
