From viewing the census listings you gave, it would appear that Richard is not the child of Mollie E. He should be a child of a previous wife.

In 1900 she was mother of 3 children:
Hattie Lee
Hardis Lamar
Condie D

1910 she was the mother of 5 children:
the 3 names above and Dessie M and Lizzie M

The 1910 census doesn't state the age the person was at marriage--it asks which marriage it is for the person and how long this marriage is. The 1930 census is the only census that asks the age at the persons FIRST marriage.
