Hi everyone!
Thankful Viola Trowbridge, I believe the daughter of Robert and Margaret, married my ggreat-uncle, Robert Bamber in 1867, in Washington, IL. My great-grandfather, William Bamber and ggggrandmother are found living with Robert and Thankful, as early as 1870. My great-aunt Magdelena Thankful Viola was named after her. It was nice to stumble upon this message board! I didn't realize we still had family living so close. I am actually researching the Bambers, if anyone has any further info on this union and children. I have the following children for Thankful and Robert:
Mary Bamber b: Abt 1868
Anna Bamber b: Abt 1873
Charles Bamber b: Abt 1875
Viola Victoria b: 1882, graduated from Washington High 1900
Dudley Edwin Bamber: b: 1889 d: 1963
+ Elsie M. Rouvenach b: 1889 d: November 26, 1962
