Mysterious Albert Gibson

The following obit was found in my grandmother's belongings. Can anyone identify him? No date and no newspaper name were included.A Soldier Boy’s Death
Albert Gibson, a member of Battery A. 1st O.V.I. A died at the home of his other Mrs. Umstott, near this city Monday night of typhoid fever. Mr. Gibson was a young man well known and liked by all. He received injuries while a member of the above regiment, was given a discharge and came home. He was taken down with the fever and after a short illness succumbed. His brother, Will, of the same regiment was notified and arrived home just before he died. The funeral will be held today (Wednesday) at 2 o’clock. A squad of old soldiers will attend the services and bury him with the honors of war.
