There are lots of Seays in the Amelia Co VA cemetery book. Some are at Union Baptist Church, one is Charles S. Seay Confederate Soldier 25 Aug 1835-6 Apr 1915. May be his wife was L.Rebecca Seay 30 Aug 1836-8 Mar 1925, also buried here.
