From the Richmond Times-Dispatch , Sun.Mar. 10, 1911 issue Pamplin City, Va- March 18-Captain R.A.Pace, a veteran of the war Between the States, died here Friday at the home of his son-in-law, Dr.E.E.Walker, aged 76 yrs.. He will be buried tomorrow at the family cemetery,near Evergreen. He leaves two children, Mrs. Walker, of this place and John T. Pace of Petersburg.A brother in Hadensville, Mecklenburg County, and numerous relatives in Kentuckyk and several grandchildren here and in Petersburg. Would like to identify these Paces and Walkers! Where would the family cemetery be, near Evergreen? Is it a Pace family cemetery.? Notify Administrator about this message?
