Pamplin,VA and Red House,VA names are in the letter I received from an aged daughter-in-law of the couple. The clues were confusing. The first son of this couple was b.11 Nov.1919 and d.4 Aug. 1968. Hill Memorial Park in Lynchburg, VA Josephine Fore Marshall Hale was b 1 June 1900 d. 16 Nov. 1967 Whitten Funeral Homes also provided the services for "Jo". She too was buried at Ft. Hill Memorial Park. She was the widow of C. Arthur HALE, who d. 30 Mar. 1964 in Roanoke,VA. The couple also lived in Roanoke at the time. They had two children. C. Arthur Hale was an engineer with N & W. I don't know if this was a railroad company or not. This information came from a tribute published in The ROANOKE WORLD NEWS of Roanoke, VA on 31 Mar. 1964.
