Elijah Charlton married 1816 in Cumberland Co.VA. to Jane Fowler (dau. of Sherwood Fowler & Mary "Polly" Wingo..By 1820 census they were in Buckingham Co.Va. Then I find them by 1837 in Marshall Co.TN..with the Fowler family..They may have also been in Calloway Co.Ky. about 1852, when their dau. Harriett Catherine Charlton married John Holley.Anyone know where they lived & are buried.? Their children are: Richard Alfred, Wm. Edwin, Mary Scott, Ann Jane, James Henry, Fredrick George, Robert T.,Harriett Catherine, & Melville Monroe Charlton..I have info. on 5 of these children.& all their birthdates...And some photos.. But need lots more blanks filled on these Charlton's.!! Marriages,deathdates, buried? Thanks, Judith in Ky.
