Seeking information on any or all of the following ancestors:

Francis/Frank Shackelford
Mary Corr
Simeon/Simon Pitts

Here's what I know about them:

According to her James City Co, VA death record, my gggg grandmother, Mary Frances Pitts (c. 1800-Aug 3, 1860), parents are Frank and Mary Shackelford. In the Christ Church Parish Records, I found a marriage record for Francis Shackelford and Mary Corr, dated April 27, 1793. Can anyone prove (or disprove) that they are Mary Frances' parents?

As for Simeon/Simon Pitts, my gggg grandmother married Simeon/Simon Pitts (c. 1800-aft 1860) about 1821 in King and Queen Co, VA. I've found Mary Frances and Simeon/Simon in the 1850 and 1860 census reports for James City Co, VA. They apparently left King and Queen County sometime in the 1840s. Can anyone help me identify Simeon/Simon Pitts' parents???

Any help on these elusive ancestors would be greatly appreciated!
