MERSHON and ordered to be recorded. Order Book V, 12 October 1801 [p. 50] Ordered that Lewis TURNER aged __ years the __ day of __ be bound to John BOYD by the Overseers of the Poor according to law to learn the trade of a house joiner. Ordered that Major Fielding TURNER aged __ the __ day of __ be bound by the Overseers of the Poor to John B. RATTEE to learn the trade of a plaisterer. Order Book Y, 9 September 1805 [p. 170] Lewis TURNER orphan of Fielding TURNER deceased chose Charles LEWIS as his Guardian, he with Fleet SMITH his security and $3,000 bond. Order Book Y, 15 January 1806 [p. 299] On motion of Charles LEWIS, Guardian of Lewis TURNER, ordered that William B. HARRISON, John L. BERKELEY, James LEWIS, and Johnston CLEVELAND settle the accounts of John HAWLEY Executor of Lewis [Fielding?] TURNER deceased and make report to the Court. Order Book 3, 11 September 1809 [p. 122] Lewis TURNER against John HAWLEY Exor. of Fielding TURNER dec'd & John TURNER, James Hawley TURNER inf'ts by John HAWLEY their Guar. – in chancery – this cause coming on to be heard on the bill and answers; ordered that John HAWLEY settle his Executorship account with the estate of Fielding TURNER dec'd and that Ariss BUCKNER, James LEWIS, Joshua HUTCHISON, Lewis HUTCHISON, Coleman BROWN, Stephen DANIEL & James McKIM settle the said account with said HAWLEY and make division of all the estate real and personal mentioned by the will of Fielding TURNER dec'd. among his children Lewis, John and James Hawley TURNER, or such as may be acquired according to the direction of the said will and that they make special report thereof to Loudoun County Court.
