I have NUMEROUS Loudoun references, either those that I wrote (check Heritage Books) or those I have purchased. Little information is on line because most of the references have been written within the last few decades and are still under copyright.
A John Hamilton appears on the list of Loudoun Tithable abstracts by the Sparacios from 1765-1769. The next entry for a John Hamilton is on the Loudoun Co. Personal Property Tax Lists in 1788 when two appear, including one residing with Joshua Daniel. By the 1820's there are at least three John Hamiltons on the PPT lists.
