Thank you for your reply. Wm's death certificate was tried and no luck. Was told he went to Hershey, Pa after 1900 and maybe have died in 1940 and possibly in NC. Finding his birth or death info has been a job and a half. A cousin spent alot of money trying to find his death. That is why we are hoping to find a sibling of Wm. Someone has got to be out there somewhere.
Charles was born 20 July 1886 in Rock Camp, Monroe Co, Wv.
