My GIBBS family has recently done the DNA testing.
We are trying to connect to GIBBS/GIBBES in Virginia, and North Carolina in the 1700's, 1800's, or earlier...
Our earliest Gibbs so far is CAPTAIN CANNON GIBBS, BORN 1805 in North Carolina. He died in 1857 and is buried in South Carolina at Willow Creek Baptist Church Cemetery, in Florence County.
We have information on his children and their families.
We need to know who Cannon Gibbs parents and siblings were.
Hopefully, other DNA participants will connect to ours.
