Hi,

I am seeking information on a Matthias Greenfield who was an assignee of Nicholas Armstrong for the purchase of 93 acres of land on Cripple Creek in Montgomery County. It was purchased in 1783. This land was later sold in 1795 or 1803 to Dailey Walker in what is now Wythe County.

I would really love information on where Matthias might have come from. Any information on Matthias Greenfield would be very appreciated.
