Your Winston and Rebecca would obviously not be listed in that Register, but I did check a volume NELSON COUNTY MARRIAGES, 1808-1850 (NelsonCo was formed in 1808)which is published by Iberian Publishing Co of Athens, Georgia......unfortunately, there is no listing for a marriage of Winston Tennell (or Tinnell) and a Rebecca in that volume.
