Have a David A. Coffey, b. abt. 1832, d. abt. 1894. m. Mary Jane Fitzgerald in 1858. Her mother-in-law was Catherine (Fitzgerald) Coffey, the two, may well have been related. Close! but, most likely not the very Nelson County folks you are looking up.

I do have Rueben Coffey, and his wife, Nancy Giles, along with a few others you mention.
