I am looking for the first six or seven volumes of the "County Court Records of Accomack-Northampton" covering the perion 1632-1666. Can anyone tell me whether these volumes exits in any Library, or are otherwise available? I'm told the first two editions are out of print.
Secondly, can anyone tell me the name of any researcher who might be willing to abstract entries from these volumes for the names Crump/Crumpe, Mountney, and Pinley/Pindley?
I am researching the William Crump from there who married Frances Mountney, daughter of Hannah Hill Spillman Mountney, and moved over to Lancaster County around 1657 and then up to Talbot County, MD, about 1663.
Volumes 3-at least 7, were done by Dr. Howard Mackey and Marlene Alma Hinkley Groves and published mostly by Picton Press, Inc. Volume 2 (1640-1645) was published by Jester and Hiden. I don'd know who published Vol. 1 unless it was the VHS itself, but I think Susie Ames compiled Vol 1 & 2.
