I am looking for a marriage certificate or information on my great grandparents.

I know this information about them:
John Henry Brown - Born Reedville Va. 10/5/1877
Clara Blanche Mozingo - Born Warsaw Va. - Born 10/10/1884 or 1885
Mother:Lillian Ann Hale Father: Charles B. Mozingo
Marriage I believe was in 1903...Possibly in Northumberland County

I know that right after they were married they move to Crisfield, Maryland and then they show up on the census records in 1910 in Baltimore because Clara wanted to move to the city.

I am having difficulty finding information about my great grandfather. Someone had told me that there was a big fire in the town of Reedville and some records were burned. I don't know if that is true because no one can verify that. If you kow where i can get a record of either of my great grandparents births that would be great too.
