I have just started searching the Settle and Dofflemeyer families and only have a few facts. Can someone expand on this family.

Bertha Jane Dofflemeyer m. Charles Amos Smith ca 1910-15. They lived in the Amissville area of Rappahanock Co. VA. She was the daughter of Mary Frances Settle and Jackson Dofflemeyer/Dufflemeyer. Jackson was born 1861 in Page Co. VA.

If anyone knows anything about these people I would like to correspond. Thank you, Clara
