Looking for the parents of Charles Weaver who married Mary Tutwiller 1817 Shenandoah Co.,Va.I think it could have been a John Weaver who served in the Rev. war and went to North Carolina for a few years after the war. On the 1850 Page Co.,Va. census Charles states he was born in N.C. 1795.
He was back in Shen.Co.,Va. by 1817 when he married.I
Know Charles had sons,Charles,Jr.,Joseph,Daniel.John T.
Weaver.John Thomas Weaver first married Rebecca Sowers,and
after her death he married a widow of William Griffith
Elizabeth.They are buried in the Jollietts grave yard in
southern Page Co/,Va. John and Rebecca were my gggrandparents.I wonder if Charles could have been the grandson of Tillman Weaver.Any help would be appreciated.
