I am looking for Samuel Niebel, born about 1792 in Virginia (probably Rockingham County), son of John and Catharine Niebel, who married Christina Judy (aka) Juty) in Rockingham County, Virginia about 1824.
I have found on IGI Individual Record, FamilySearch a posting for Sarah Niebbel, born July 22, 1826, christened September 3, 1826 Peaked Mountain Church, McGaheysville, Rockingham County, Virginia, father Samuel Niebbel and mother Sarah.
I was sent by Ken Gissy a "Descendants of Samuel Nipple", born about 1798 who was married to Christina, born about 1801. Their children were Malinda (born in Shenandoah CO 1829), Sarah (born in VA 1830) Elizabeth (born in VA 1832), Albert (born in Page CO 1837), Frances (born in Page CO 1839).
Also, I have found a Samuel Nipple on the 1840 Census for Unknown Townships, Page County, Virginia.
I have been unable to find any other reference to a possible Samuel Niebel. Are Samuel Niebel, Samuel Niebbel and Samuel Nipple all the same man? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. My email address is rockingranny@comcast.net
