Not related to this family, found the obit in a book. Page News and Courier dated Nov. 26, 1953. Mrs. Lena D. Sigler, 80, passed away at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Mabel Short, on Monday morning at 5 a.m. following a two weeks illness. Mrs. Sigler had been a resident of Stanley (Page Co., Va.) for many years. Born on Sept. 25, 1873, she was a daughter of the late Henry Good and Frances Aleshire Good. She was a member of the Stanley Baptist Church. Her husband, Noah Sigler, preceded her in death in 1934. She leaves seven children: Mrs. Mabel Short, John Sigler and Mrs. Laura Weast, of Stanley; Julius B. Sigler and Dewey L. Sigler of Brunswick, Md., Mrs. Rada Dovel o Maitland, Ohio and Willie Sigler, Ashland, Ohio. Also surviving are 42 grandchildren and 50 great grandchildren. Last rites were held yesterday at 2 pm from the Stanley Baptist Church with Rev. J. H. Fox and Rev. J. E. tucker in charge. Burial was in the family cemetery. Notify Administrator about this message?
