I am hoping someone might have an idea as to the average price per acre of land in Prince Edward Co, VA, during any given period before 1775....a very broad question, I am sure, based on locations, etc....but I am hoping to learn enough to help me distinguish when a deed was more like a "gift".....if someone has any info, I would really appreciate it...thanx so much!
