John Luther Calhoun is my GG Grandfather. The only information that I have for him is that he was married to Nannie Rice b. 7-11-1841 d. aft. 1910 child: William Joseph Calhoun b. 6-27-1861 d. 5-23-1934 m. _______ Clara Frances Carter b. 7-16-1872 d. 7-27-1936. (William and Clara lived in Prince Edward Co, Virginia)where they had 9 children.
Nannie married George Clibourne after John was killed in the Civil War. She also went by Betty Ann Rice. There is a son listed as living with Nannie and George in Texas by the name of Josie Calhoun b. abt. 1863.....Is Josie the 2nd son of Nannie and John Luther??
In addition, I am looking for any information on John Luther's parents, grandparents, great grandparents, etc.
Any help will be greatly appreciated!
