Wingates, 1700's (Henry, John, Thomas)

I am seeking information on the Wingates of Prince William County, Virginia. Other spellings possibly, Winget, Wingett, Windgate, Wingat, etc.

Henry Wingate can be found in records there from 1760 - 1785. He is 70 years old in 1785. His wife's name was Elizabeth and I also have found her called Bettee.

Henry had a son named Thomas who was apprenticed out in 1769 to a shoemaker.

John Wingate was a Rev. War soldier who first signed up in 1780 in Prince William County, Virginia. Could this also be a son of Henry? John moved to Fayette County, Kentucky, then on to Mercer County, Kentucky.

Any information on these Wingates would be very much appreciated! Thanks!
